Please enter your User Identification Number (ID) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your User ID is either your Social Security Number (without dashes) or a 9 digit generated number. You PIN defaults to your 6 digit birthday (MMDDYY). It is recommended that you change your PIN at your earliest convenience to protect your privacy and your student records. You have 5 attempts to login correctly before your account is locked.

How To Change Your PIN
After logging in, select 'Personal Information' from the menu. Then click on 'Change PIN' and follow the instructions.

Forgot Your PIN?
Enter your User ID and click the 'Forgot PIN?' button. You will be prompted to answer your security question. Upon successfully answering your question you will be prompted to enter a new PIN.

Is Your Account Locked?
Please contact the Admissions and Records Office at (661) 722-6504.

When you are finished using eAVC, please select 'EXIT' and close your browser to protect your 'privacy'.
